9 Dogs are going to Forever homes this weekend -Thank you Col. Potter Volunteers!

In looking over my "paperwork" last night, I realized that we had 9 dogs going to their forever homes this weekend and how wonderful this is that these guys were given a second chance at life because of all of you, from the intakes team who work hard getting them into the Col. Potter system, to the transports team who spend hours getting the dogs to their foster homes all over the country, to the wonderful foster homes who take them in and show them love, guidance, heal their bodies and their souls, to the communications team and home safety visit teams who are working behind the scenes to make sure that the forever homes meet our standards, to the matchmakers who put so much of their time into finding just the right home for each of them and the contracts team who work hard making sure that the contracts are accurate and timely.

We cannot forgot that after they are adopted, the post adoption team then kicks in and their job is start starting.

What a great organization. Because of all of you, 9 little dogs will be starting a whole new life and will know that they are loved and that love first started with all of you.

Thank you, each and every one of you for caring, for putting in the extra hour, for opening your home up to a strange dog, for spending your weekends working for Col. Potter. I personally love and appreciate every single one of you.
