Tumnus joins the CP family

Written by a CP Intakes volunteer

Tumnus came to Col. Potter from a shelter after he tested positive for heartworm. The shelter thought he already been tossed around to too many family members and homes. The shelter thought it best that he go to a cairn rescue that would understand what he needs and place him in the right home.

Tumnus is approximately 3 years old. He is said to be very friendly. He is loving the squeaky toys that the vet office gave him. It sounds like everyone at the office is falling in love with him! He will soon be ready for his foster home. Then he will start treatment for the heartworm. Once his treatment is complete, he will be ready for his new family.

Thanks to CP for stepping up to help with this boy or he would not of had a future. Thanks for all the volunteer that donate not only their time but money so we can help cairns like Tumnus.

Welcome Tumnus!
