Drop It!

Playtime can be lots of fun once your Cairn understands the benefits of responding to your "Drop it!" or "Let it Go!"

This is another great video by Zak George which demonstrates how to teach "Drop it!" or "Let it Go!" using positive training methods.  There is a spot of advertising by his sponsor, but it does not detract from this really helpful video.  Obviously, the dog is not a Cairn, but everything he demonstrates applies perfectly to a Rescued Cairn.

Jace, an adorable 5 year old Light Wheaten Male

This cute little 5 year old, 17 lb. Cairn was having a difficult time adjusting to the new little human in his home.  He was no longer getting the attention he craved, so his family contacted Col. Potter to see if we could help.  He became a CP boy and headed straight to his Foster Home this past weekend, ready to turn the page and start a new chapter!
