She is a brave little girl who remains a sweetie after all she has been through in her 5 years. Lacy Lou spent the first years of her life as a mill mom. She was then rescued and adopted. Lacy Lou's story should have been a happy one after that, but her owner fell on hard times due to the economy and was no longer able to care for or keep Lacy Lou. Col. Potter was contacted and Lacy Lou became a CP girl.
Lacy Lou is already in her foster home and reported to be quite the charmer.
