Wookie da Wizard

My foser Mom was readin a story to da boys. Da Boys is whats her calls da short humans who come over to R house to play wif me.
I likes to play wif da boys specially when dem has treats coz sometimes good fings drop on da floor n sometimes Nicky's face needs to be washed n if I is fast I kind do it while foser Mom gits da clof and him tastes gud!!
But anyhows I disgress.... dats a big word I just learned coz I is a cool dude!!
We was all a sittin by da fire, me, n Tia, n Lovie & da boys.. Kringle was hiding in da shower coz ob da funder boomers. N Foser Mom was a readin dis story to us.
Well dis was a berry citin story. It was about a Cairn boi.. I fink him is just like me..
N dis Cairn boi's name is Rocky N him meets a Wizard Dawg calld Wookie da Wizard Daw.

Wookie da Wizard tells Rockie bout dragons and magic n stuff.

So I was finkin, if I ax all U cuzins one ob U must no Wookie and if I send you a pitcher ob me you kin show Wookie N ax him to come n visit me n maybe he kin git me a forever home.

I has had a bad day. I did a little peein in my crate.. I mean dat is how I had to pee in dat place I lived before... so why not...??


Well not in dis place!! I will try berry berry hard not to do dat agin.. Coz do U no why??
Dat Foser Dad person, well him tried to drownd me in WATER!! I screamed n yelled fur hep. Baylee mi foser sister cam n put her paws up on da tub n all her did was look at me. U would fink her would have tried to hep me.. but NOOOOO.


N dat is not the worst fing.. now I smells like a Gurl dawg, all floweres and gurl fings. I is a Man dawg N I should smell ob manly fings like.. well not like I smells now..!!
Den after I is drowned and soggy n sweet smeelin.. yuck!! dat hooman wooman tried to smuver me with towels!! Her rubbed my ears n mi legs n mi belly..ohhhh it was nice to be held close n rubbed..But I digress.. I fink day is trying to make me into a house dawg like dat Kringle who libs here..huuummmm


Well, I will fink about it .. da rubbin is nice n da food is nice n us has clean sweet water anytime we want it. Di U eber no dat there could be clean sweet water any time? N I duz even have to push n shove to git it coz I has mi own bowl in mi pen.

So I is going to take a nap now n git ready fur bed, but I is not going to pee in mi bed agin.. no sir.. not me.. one drowning is E Nuff.

Mr Birk is in his foster home and life is very confusing for him!
There is a bowl of clean water in his X-Pen and he thinks it is there for him to stand in. There are other dogs in the house and yard and they get to run around while he is in jail. There is a soft bed in his inside pen and cool green grass to stand on when he is outside. Boy is life confusing.. Things are not at all like the place he used to live...

Just wait Mr Birk... you are a Col.'s kid now and life just gets better and better!!!

Yesterday two Cairns made their way to freedom and the loving arms of Col. Potter from a life in a commercial breeding facility.


Some of my favorite introductions are ones using the names from our Name a PM Program. These names have all been donated in memory or honor of someone or something very special. Now, two of our rescue Cairns gets to carry the name of a very Special Man and Woman.
