Last Sunday afternoon, a neighbor called another neighbor to ask if the house next door had been sold. It hadn't been. The neighbor called because he saw a little dog in the backyard of the unoccupied house that was for sale. That little dog turned out to be FRANZ!! Mom, Dad and Madelyn went over and caught him. He was full of burrs, and very dirty. They called the 800 number on his collar, and while waiting for the call back, fed and watered him, pulled out all the burrs, and gave him a bath. When I got to their house, he was on the floor, curled up in a towel, with Madelyn loving on him. They were his saviors. The other girls were at friends, and didn't meet him until they came by yesterday, where he was loved on again. All's well that ends well! :-)A BIG shout out and THANK YOU to Franz' saviors from CPCRN!!
