Dempsey is an adorable fun loving 5 year old boy. He is smart, friendly and playful. He enjoys a rousing game of fetch, but loves to snuggle, too. He was a very loved and adored boy in his home, but when he expressed his displeasure with the resident toddler, it was determined that to keep everyone safe the best plan was to find him a new home. This was not done easily or without much thought by his family, and their hearts broke. Luckily they knew that a shelter was not a good choice, so they reached out to Col. Potter.
Dempsey will adjust to his changes, he's only known love and kindness, and will find more of that with Col Potter. He is a lucky boy!
