Belker is a 7 year old boy who found himself living in a loud and busy home
after his original owner passed away. His current owner felt like he would be
happier in a quite and laid back home, so he contacted Col. Potter for help.
Belker is now with his Foster Mom and will receive the love and care he so much
deserves.
