Two furkids, well actually one kid and one senior, joined the CP family yesterday. They came from an auction in OK. We were alerted to this auction and when we checked the auction catalog, we knew we had to pull out all the stops to get a senior girl out of there and to safety and freedom. Then on Friday, they added a puppy to the catalog. We don't have a lot of volunteers in OK, but luckily Deb S. was helping to transport
Nod and agreed to swing back by the auction to try to get the Cairns. Deb arrived just in time to get both the senior female and male puppy!
Glory Bee was born 12/30/97 - that's NOT a typo - 1997. She will be 11 years old and has spent her entire life as a breeder dog. She deserved a very special name and she has one. Glory Bee is named in honor and memory of Amy R.'s mother-in-law Gloria.
Bixby was born 2/23/08, so he's not even four months old. He's absolutely adorable!
